How much does Pinnacle Bank charge to sell my home?

Most Real Estate companies charge as much as 7%, paying out only 2.4% to other agents.

With Pinnacle Bank, you have options.

Option 1:  $2500 flat fee for service

If we sell your home without another agent, our fee for service is only $2500

Option 2:  $2500 + 2.8% of purchase price

If another agent represents the buyer, you pay 2.8% of the purchase price + $2500

Option 2 is usually still thousands below the competition. Plus we payout 2.8% to other agents so they are more motivated to sell our homes first.  We sell homes quickly and you save money!
